Bayden graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne having previously completed his Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Tasmania in 2012. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy, and is currently the head physiotherapist at Marcellin Old Collegians Football Club in the VAFA. As part of his studies, Bayden was fortunate enough to complete an overseas physiotherapy placement in a specialist Sports and Spinal clinic in America, where he gained valuable skills and knowledge treating individuals with lower back pain, neurological conditions, post-surgical patients, as well as college athletes.
Whilst completing his studies, Bayden also worked in the fitness industry as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as a personal trainer, where he found he had an interest in exercise based rehabilitation, and injury prevention and management. Outside of physiotherapy, Bayden enjoys being outdoors, going to the gym, cycling and practicing tae kwondo.
