INJURY PREVENTION FOR SPORTS:
We are running injury prevention and fitness sessions for both mens and womens football teams in the pre season.

We have 1:1 and group reformer Pilates, strength, injury rehabilitation and strength and balance classes. Each small class program is tailored to individual participants, so everyone does the most appropriate exercises for them.
