Andrew Kokinos
B.Physio (Hons), Titled APA Sports Physiotherapist, APAM
Andrew graduated from Melbourne University in 1996 and has since worked in a variety of different areas, including hospitals, private practices and with local and elite sporting teams. Andrew was the full time physiotherapist and fitness trainer for the Indian Cricket Team and he has also worked with the North Melbourne Football Club (AFL), Carlton Soccer Club (former NSL) and the Indian Hockey team during the 1999 Commonwealth Games.
Andrew has also completed a rigorous examination process and is now a titled Australian Physiotherapy Association Sports physiotherapist, a reserved title for those who have excelled in sports physiotherapy practice. Andrew’s major interests lie in sports and spinal injuries, in particular injuries to the hips, knees and ankles. Andrew is a very active sportsman himself and promotes active recovery and client education in his treatment of injuries.
