Ricky graduated with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from The University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Health Sciences from La Trobe University with a background in Personal Training, Sports Training, Strength and Conditioning, and a previous career as an A-Grade Electrician.
Ricky’s enthusiasm for sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy started from an early age throughout my electrical apprenticeship, when he trained at a strength and conditioning gym to focus on injury prevention and further his football performance.
Ricky was a trainer at Old Xaverians Football Club learning under Russ and Chris (both current Peak Physio’s) and worked with the Southport Sharks, Werribee Football Club and Calder Cannons.
Outside of work, Ricky might be watching the latest movie at the cinemas with my long-term partner, Mikyla or spending time with family, going to my local gym, outside going for a run, playing golf or road-tripping to the beach for a surf.
